5 more sleeps to go!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been buying and cutting and taping and wrapping and writing and singing and drinking and baking and eating *breathes* and I am still coo coo for Christmas!!!!
Aaaand as promised, my Pretzel Stars....
Buy a bag of pretzel stars from your local supermarket - I used Tesco Pretzel Stars
Melt 300g of white chocolate in a bowl above simmering water (don't let the water touch the bottom of the bowl) stir often. When the choc is melted and smooth take the pan off the heat and keep the bowl on it to keep it hot. Dip the pretzels on one side then the other and carefully place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment, smooth side up. When you have all you need place them in the fridge to harden up.
You can use them for all sorts of festive decorations. I put mine (the ones we didn't scoff) on cupcakes OF COURSE!!
Best eaten straight from the fridge.
Oh yeah!! If you have some chocolate left and a bag of bits just plop the bits in the choc and mix until nice and covered. Teaspoon the mix into sweet cases and pop some soft silver balls on top, then refrigerate.
Et Voila........... White Chocolate Pretzel Bites!!
